Mobilgard™ DEO Series

Mobilgard™ DEO Series heavy-duty oils are formulated for use in high-speed diesel engines operating in severe-service marine applications. They are especially suitable for tugboats and fishing vessels operating previous-generation engine designs.

The high-performance monograde oils are created with high-quality base stocks and a balanced additive system, helping ensure thermal and oxidative stability, good detergency/dispersancy and stay-in-grade shear stability. Depending on operating conditions, the series can help to:

  • Control deposit formation
  • Minimise component wear
  • Extend engine life

Mobilgard DEO Series is suitable for applications where a monograde lubricant is recommended requiring API CF or API CD.
